10 Days, 09 Nights Tanzania Safari

On the day of your trip, to Tanzania you will begin by arriving at Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be. Taken to your accommodation, in the town of Arusha.

Begin your wildlife adventure by embarking to Tarangire National Park renowned for its herds of elephants and iconic baobab trees. Upon a registration at the park gate kick off your game drive immediately to seek out the majestic wildlife spending the entire day in the wilderness with a picnic lunch break at one of the scenic picnic spots. In Tarangire anticipate a safari experience with sample opportunities to spot elephants, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, impalas, gazelles, unique gerenuks and if you're lucky elusive big cats like cheetahs, leopards and lions as well as the rare fringe eared oryx. The park is also renowned for its birdlife including rarities like Ashy starlings and more feathered wonders. Later in the day you'll be transferred to Karatu, in the Ngorongoro Highlands for dinner. Overnight stay at Roika Lodge. All meals are included during your stay.

Following a morning meal at your accommodation we will embark on a wildlife safari while heading towards Ngorongoro Crater. On the route you'll have the chance to witness the way of life. The crater is home to an array of animals such, as lions, zebras, elephants and other resident wildlife. It's also a location to catch sight of the black rhinoceros before being transferred to the airport.

On the day of our journey we will start the day with a breakfast before venturing further into the wild beauty of Serengeti National Park. Known for its cats and hosting the renowned Great Wildebeest Migration we will make a brief stop, at Naabi Hill gate for registration. The rest of the day will be dedicated to thrilling game drives, across the plains continuing until afternoon when you'll settle in at either Thorntree Camp or Serengeti Tortilis Camp. All meals are included during your stay.

On the day of your Serengeti adventure you have a day to explore. Consider starting with an early morning game drive to catch sight of both diurnal animals awakening to a day. As the morning progresses you'll have plenty of opportunities to see animals along the tracks as they evade the morning dew and listen to the songs of waking birds. Depending on the timing of your visit you might even witness the Great Wildebeest Migration herds (feel free to ask our experts for their location). Outside of migration season Serengeti is home, to an array of wildlife including buffaloes, leopards, cheetahs, lions, elephants, gazelles, impalas, warthogs and various bird species that call this park their home. You will spend the night at either Thorn Day 6; Travel, to Zanzibar Island

On Day 6 up to 9 you'll take a flight, to Zanzibar Island after breakfast saying goodbye to the camp. As you make your way to Seronera Airstrip enjoy one round of game viewing. Upon reaching Zanzibar our representative will escort you to Ocean Paradise Resort located at Kiwengwa beach, where all your meals are covered. You can explore the island by opting for tours like Spice Island, Stonetown, Prison Island or the Safari Blue tour (additional charges may apply). Take some time to unwind and bask in the beauty of Zanzibars beaches. Your accommodation for the night will be at Ocean Paradise Resort, with half board included.

On the day of your journey, in Tanzania you will start your day with breakfast at the beach resort. You can linger around the resort until its time to head to the airport for your flight home. If needed a day room can be arranged for a cost. This marks the conclusion of your ten day adventure, in Tanzania and Zanzibar beach package.
